PRN Echo/Vascular Tech
Seeking PRN Echo Tech for Mobile and Baldwin County's most progressive cardiology practice. Job duties include:
- Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures as directed by physicians
- Candidates will need to be able to travel between our Mobile County and Baldwin County offices
- Position patients. Select the appropriate transducer.
- Conduct scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment. Moves scanner over specified body areas, and adjust equipment to focus
- Make hard copy images, per request for referring doctor.
- Maintain departmental records, reports, and files, by backing up to Echo Pac on a weekly basis.
- Record daily numbers, and send to appropriate person.
- Ensure computer entry is complete and all tests are recorded on reading log.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment. Order and stock all ultrasound supplies.
- Ability to travel to our Baldwin County offices as needed
Previous cardiology experience desired. Competitive compensation.
