Cardiac PET Tech - Baldwin County
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cardiac PET/CT Technologist to join our Imaging team. The technologist will perform high-quality cardiac PET/CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and staff in a fast-paced cardiology practice.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
- Current ARRT(N), ARRT(CT), and/or CNMT certification required. Dual-certification preferred.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience, cardiac imaging experience preferred (PET or SPECT).
- Strong IV skills and experience with radiopharmaceutical handling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Cardiac PET/CT and Nuclear Cardiology.
- Cardiac PET/CT post processing utilizing 4DM.
- Proficiency in patient monitoring and stress testing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving imaging technologies and protocols.
