Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot common workstation, software, printer, email, and connectivity issues.
- Create, update, and document service tickets accurately and in real time.
- Escalate issues appropriately when additional expertise is required.
- Follow established processes and security procedures.
- Assist with workstation setup, onboarding, and basic administrative tasks.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and computer hardware.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A are a plus.

Salary Range: (commensurate on experience)
$44K - $52K
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, but not required.
- CompTIA A , CompTIA ITF , or equivalent certification is a plus.
