What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Vision: Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives productivity and efficiency across multiple locations.
- Maximize Profitability: Guide each business unit to meet or exceed budgetary and profitability goals, while keeping a sharp eye on cashflow, work execution, and timely payment collection.
- Build High-Performing Teams: Hire, train, coach, and develop top talent across the region. Lead your team to achieve success by providing ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support.
- Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with other business units to share best practices and resources, driving operational excellence across the organization.
- Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships that will lead to long-term growth.
- Lead with Integrity: Ensure compliance with safety requirements at all job sites, while making informed, decisive decisions that are in the best interest of the business.
What You Need:
MUST HAVE A CURRENT GC LICENSE
- Experience: 10 years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving financial success.
- Industry Knowledge: 5 years of experience in construction or a related trade with profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Experience in residential services or similar businesses is a plus.
- Sales & Financial Acumen: Solid experience in sales leadership and proficiency in profit and loss statements. Able to clearly present financial and operational data to senior leaders.
- Leadership Excellence: Skilled in managing, motivating, and developing teams. Proven ability to assess performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Strategic Vision: Experience in developing strategic plans that drive business growth and optimize operational productivity.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from employees to senior leadership.
