Summary
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team at Cardinal Ridge. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Help organize activities and engage residents in social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Experience in residential care or similar settings is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
