Skills and abilities:

• Able to communicate calmly with teenagers (not escalate).
• Comfortable working in a school culture (teachers, admin, parents).
• Reliable and stable (no no-shows; consistent presence).
• Willing to use verbal de-escalation first, not physical force.
• Ability to obtain the necessary clearances to work in a school

What you’ll do:

• Support a safe learning environment by monitoring hallways and common areas
• Help de-escalate student conflicts under the guidance of experienced supervisors
• Work closely with school administrators and counselors
• Document incidents and contribute to school safety planning
