Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Fort Washington, PA, with work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Business Development Manager will drive net-new opportunities, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and create strategic growth plans. Responsibilities include executing business development initiatives, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales goals while representing the company’s mission to ensure community safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Strategic Marketing
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (proven closer)
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Knowledge or experience in the public safety, security, or homeland security sectors is a significant advantage
