Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our factory environment. As a pivotal team member, you will coordinate production activities, ensure safety standards are maintained, and drive efficiency on the assembly line. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing will empower you to lead a team effectively, troubleshoot issues promptly, and uphold quality standards. Responsible for overseeing daily production operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This role serves as a key liaison between front line employees and management, providing hands-on leadership, training, and coordination to drive operational excellence and reinforce company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production to meet schedules, quality, and yield targets.
- Act as a resource for team members on workflow and operational issues.
- Assign tasks and adjust staffing to meet production needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards including processing forms
- Train and coach employees to build skills and accountability.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Assist with changeovers, line checks, and process verification.
- Monitor production performance and escalate concerns as needed.
- Reinforce company values and maintain a clean, audit-ready environment.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or leadership training preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or production operations.
- Prior lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and production workflows.
- Ability to read production schedules, SOPs, and technical instructions.
- Ability to complete processing forms in English
- Proven ability to coach employees and manage multiple priorities
