This hybrid leadership role supports services across in-home, daycare, community, clinic, and school-based settings and is responsible for building strong teams, maintaining operational consistency, and helping service areas become more stable and scalable over time. Unlike a site-based clinic leadership role, this position has broader regional responsibility and may also support the launch and early operations of new clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
- Lead operations across assigned service areas in the Greater Phoenix region
- Support service delivery across in-home, daycare, community, clinic, and school-based settings
- Help onboard, support, and develop team members to promote strong performance, accountability, and operational consistency
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, service readiness, and operational follow-through to support client access and team success
- Monitor staffing needs, service trends, client concentration, and operational performance, and communicate updates and insights to leadership
- Help strengthen and stabilize developing service areas to support consistent operations and sustainable growth
- Support the planning, launch, and early operational success of new clinic locations as needed
- Step in as the operational lead for a new clinic during startup when needed and help hire, train, and transition a dedicated Clinic Operations Director or comparable site-based leader
- Balance in-person field leadership with strong remote administrative execution, communication, and follow-through
- Partner closely with clinical, recruiting, and executive leadership to support operational goals and regional growth
- Support payroll-related coordination, timekeeping accuracy, attendance practices, and day-to-day operational accountability
- Build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners to support service quality and long-term growth
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of operations leadership experience in ABA, healthcare operations, behavioral health, pediatric therapy, or a related service environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, operations, multiple service locations, or geographically dispersed service areas
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive performance across a geographically dispersed region
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members, families, and external partners
- Experience supporting onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and operational follow-through in a service-based environment
- Must reside in the Greater Phoenix area
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently throughout the valley and Arizona as needed based on business needs
- Must be comfortable working remotely for administrative responsibilities when not traveling
- Experience in multi-site, regional, field-based, or community-based operations
- Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and service delivery models
- Experience supporting teams across multiple service settings, including community-based and clinic-based environments
- Experience in admissions, scheduling, operational growth initiatives, startup, stabilization, or support for new clinic locations
- Experience hiring, developing, or transitioning site-based operational leadership
- Experience with CRM, EHR, or scheduling systems such as HubSpot or CentralReach
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, or financial performance
