Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, along with excellent customer service and sales skills. You will utilize various tools and equipment to ensure effective pest management while promoting a safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively according to industry standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for pest control applications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and promote services.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to pest control operations.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $46,432.59 - $75,918.82 per year
