Pest Control Technician

What You'll Do
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll help protect homes and businesses from unwanted pests by:
- Inspecting homes, businesses, crawl spaces, and other structures
- Performing pest control treatments safely and professionally
- Educating customers on pest prevention and treatment options
- Using a company-provided tablet to manage appointments and service records
- Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment
- Participating in ongoing training and certification programs
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional services that benefit customers
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks
- Ability to obtain required state certifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
- Pest control, construction, maintenance, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other field service experience
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting, and climbing
- Working in crawl spaces and occasionally attics
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working indoors and outdoors throughout the year
- Safe operation of company vehicles and equipment
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime opportunities available with advance notice
