Finance Manager (F&I)

We're looking for an experienced automotive finance professional who understands compliance, values integrity, and knows how to maximize both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection products in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Secure competitive financing through lender relationships.
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
- Explain warranties, GAP, vehicle service contracts, and other protection products.
- Partner with the sales team to provide a smooth and efficient purchase process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.
- Meet or exceed dealership performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive F&I experience required.
- Strong understanding of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance.
- Proven success in product presentations and finance performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
