Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes competitive pay along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance. In addition, employees are eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses ranging from $500 to $1,500, rewarding consistent results and high performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Getting past gatekeepers and engaging homeowners fast
- Handling objections without hesitation
- Closing for in-home consultation appointments on every call
- Hitting (and beating) daily and weekly booking targets
- Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM

Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling, sales, or appointment setting preferred
- Home remodeling / home services experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and keep dialing
- Basic computer and CRM skills
