Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-4 (GS-12/13) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serving as a senior technical authority in underwater acoustics and susceptibility, providing expert leadership, personnel supervision, and active mentorship to branch engineers on complex acoustic signature modeling and measurement; directing the validation of technical studies with national impact; and representing a major engineering division while collaborating with senior stakeholders across NAVSEA, the Fleet, and industry to shape and enforce signature requirements for mission-critical platforms.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
