Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a blend of outside sales, account management, and business development skills to successfully meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to expand the customer base.
  • Manage accounts effectively by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, facilitating upselling opportunities.
  • Participate in territory management by identifying potential markets and developing strategic plans for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology sales advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles; familiarity with retail sales is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Experience in technical sales or marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to lead generation and territory management is essential.
