Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, motor graders, and other machinery safely and efficiently across various construction sites

- Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, trenching, lifting heavy materials, and moving earth or debris
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to execute tasks accurately and on schedule
- Work around utilities, structures and other job site elements with precision
- Follow all safety protocols and construction regulations to maintain a secure work environment
Skills
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, motor graders, and similar machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and project workflows
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors
- Knowledge of construction materials handling
