Position Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic, certified Pilates Instructor to deliver high-energy, low-impact workouts that build core strength, flexibility, and overall stability. Your classes will be integral to our recovery and strength curriculum within Group X.
We are searching for a dynamic, certified Pilates Instructor to deliver high-energy, low-impact workouts that build core strength, flexibility, and overall stability. Your classes will be integral to our recovery and strength curriculum within Group X.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured Pilates classes focused on alignment, posture, and controlled movement.
- Engage and motivate members with clear cueing and encouraging coaching.
- Modify exercises as needed to accommodate varying fitness levels and injuries.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the studio environment.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously evolve the Group X experience.
Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat preferred).
- CPR/AED certified (or ability to obtain).
- 1 year experience teaching group Pilates classes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality instruction that aligns with Carbon's standards.
