- Owns the scheduling process for all sales team and front desk staff, building and maintaining weekly schedules that ensure proper coverage, support member experience, and align with club operational needs.
- Manages all aspects of inventory for the club, including weekly and monthly counts, order placement based on lead times, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure the right products are always on hand at the right time.
- Takes an active role in upholding the Carbon Performance cleanliness standard by partnering with the GM, directing staff, and coordinating with cleaning vendors to ensure the facility consistently reflects the quality our members expect.
- Supports personal training revenue by engaging prospective members on the floor and facilitating smooth, effective handoffs to trainers — bridging the gap between interest and enrollment.
- Keeps the facility running at a high standard by actively managing the internal maintenance platform, ensuring all equipment and facility issues are logged, assigned, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Plays a key role in building the team — reviewing applicants, leading first-round phone screens, partnering with the GM on in-person interviews, and guiding new hires through a thorough onboarding experience.
