Job Description
Carbide Tool Services, Inc, a re-manufacturing company, is seeking a full-time person to join our office team. This individual will be responsible for various tasks, projects, assignments and overall support of our customers and other office functions. Must have a strong work ethic and ability to problem solve to make independent decisions. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Duties include:
- Providing customer service
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
- Sending faxes and emails
- Managing documents and files
- Sending and receiving documents for the company
- Answering the phone
- Assisting in various daily operations
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
- Greeting guests and visitors
