- Carbel, part of Arvato, is a full-service 3PL provider serving national and international clients across various industries, with a strong focus on fashion and retail.
- Support HRIS and payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, and related operational projects across multiple warehouse locations.
- Assist with system maintenance, user support, training coordination, and project-related activities.
- Support consistent system use and effective system adoption across locations.
YOUR TASKS
- Support HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping system maintenance and administration
- Assist with system configuration, employee data updates, and access management
- Support system-related projects, enhancements, implementations, and testing
- Assist with training coordination and system support for HR and Operations teams
- Serve as a point of contact for system-related questions and basic troubleshooting
- Support reporting and data validation related to system configurations and usage
- Partner with Payroll, HR, and Operations teams to support system initiatives
- Assist with audits, system reviews, and data requests as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including supporting payroll, HRIS, and operational reporting needs
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in HRIS, payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, or related operational support roles
- Hands-on experience working with a payroll or timekeeping platform (Paycom preferred; UKG a plus)
- Strong interest in system maintenance, training support, and project coordination
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with system data and reports
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a project-based environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Exposure to multi-site or warehouse/logistics environments is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Interest in growing within HRIS, Total Rewards, or systems-focused roles
