As Caragiulos enters an exciting new chapter in our new home located at 1833 Ringling Blvd, we’re building a support team that understands great hospitality is often delivered through details, timing, and teamwork.
We’re seeking Support Staff who recognize that this role is essential to the comfort of the guest experience and overall success of each dining experience.
What You'll Do
- Support servers and managers in maintaining smooth, attentive service.
- Care for the entire restaurant with full awareness, understanding that every guest experience is a shared responsibility.
- Support pacing throughout the entire dining experience through awareness, urgency, and related service responsibilities.
- Contribute to seamless service through communication, anticipation, and attention to the needs of the full dining room.
- Deliver food accurately and professionally while maintaining presentation standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant experience preferred; strong work ethic and willingness to learn is essential.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and supporting others.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
