As Caragiulos enters an exciting new chapter in our new home located at 1833 Ringling Blvd, we’re building a bar team that believes hospitality extends to every seat in the dining room — including the bar.
We’re seeking Bartenders who understand this role is more than executing cocktails; it is shaping the guest experience through presence, craftsmanship, and care.
What You'll Do
- Guide guests through cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage offerings with confidence and warmth.
- Care for the entire dining room with full awareness, understanding that every guest experience is a shared responsibility.
- Uphold high hospitality standards and handle service recovery with care and professionalism.
- Contribute to seamless service through communication, anticipation, and attention to the needs of the full dining room.
- Maintain a polished, welcoming and professional presence at all times.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years bartending in an upscale full-service dining establishment.
- Strong classic cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge.
- Grace under pressure and strong guest instincts.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection.
- Knowledge of Italian spirits and wine a plus.
