What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Camera Technician position at CARABETTA COMPANIES?
We are seeking a long term Junior Security Camera Technician that takes pride in their work! Must be self-motivated, resourceful and technically inclined. Responsibilities include; installation, service configuration, monitoring and examining of different technologies.
Essential duties and functions of the Junior Security Camera Technician are:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot all security cameras and all associated equipment
- Download and examine security footage
- Troubleshoot and download internet connectivity
- Understanding of networking for configuration of equipment for remote camera viewing
- for security cameras - must be capable of making on-demand modifications to viewing stations at the main corporate office as well as viewing stations located throughout CT
- Communicates effectively written and verbally
- Must be computer literate - send daily schedules/updates/logs
Qualifications of the Junior Security Camera Technician are:
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in all MS software's
- Knowledge of Hikvision camera system
- Must know how to create network cables
- Must have a desire to learn new technologies and equipment
Salary : $51,000 - $60,000
