Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.
- Explain financing options and assist throughout the purchasing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot.
- Work with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but no automotive sales experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
