Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Maintain knowledge of our inventory, financing options, and dealership programs.
- Help keep the dealership lot organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Take quality vehicle photos and assist with merchandising when needed.
- Work as part of a team to achieve monthly sales goals while providing excellent service.ECT
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
