Service Greeter/ Lot Attendant

Job Title: Lot Attendant/Porter/ Greeter- ServiceReports to: Service Manager, General ManagerJob Description: Greeting customers in a friendly professional manner & escorting them to service advisors. Go over service appointments with the customers, gather basic information and enter it into the tablet.Taking repair from Service Advisors to Dispatcher D. Transport customers as required by service department personnel.E. Keep track of how long customers have been waiting at the dealer.F. Thoroughly clean (wash & vacuum) service customer vehicles. G. Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the dealership service, parts areas and lot. Keeping the service drive clear.Maintaining service department organization.J. Assist with Sales department when needed Prepare sold vehicles for delivery Move and works to maintain vehicle display and support sales activityOther duties assigned by sales manager K. Inventory.L. Delivering vehicles to sites, locations and customers as required.M. Treats members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner, and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job. Never use profanity. N. Adheres to the dealership’s sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and the other policies in the dealership handbook.O. Maintain ongoing compliancy with Car Pros Policies and Procedures via Compli.P. Maintain accurate and timely records of hours worked in compliance with company timekeeping policies.Q. Follow Car Pros standards regarding dress code and carry a professional appearance.R. Wear Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily. S. Performs other tasks as assigned by any member of management.Vehicles Driven or Moved as Part of the Job:A. Move new or used vehicles for customers.B. Station service vehicles to designated work or completed areas.C. Fueling up new or used vehicles for potential customers to ensure adequate fuel for test drive and pre-purchase purposes.D.
