Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data accurately within databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Perform data collection, transcription, and order entry tasks with high attention to detail
- Manage filing systems and organize digital and physical documents efficiently
- Utilize pivot tables and other Excel tools to analyze data sets as needed
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, data verification, and basic math calculations
- Support administrative functions including document preparation and record keeping
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing entries for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles preferred
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Experience with data collection, filing, and organization techniques
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Prior office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
