Duties
- Assess vehicle damage accurately by inspecting collision repairs, auto body work, and mechanical components such as transmissions, suspensions, and brakes.

- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians, mechanics, and service advisors to coordinate repairs efficiently and ensure quality workmanship.
