Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and professional salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right car audio products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, focused, and enjoys helping people find the perfect solution for their vehicle.
This role involves working independently at times, so we're looking for someone who is responsible, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing the shop when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Learn and stay current on car audio products, features, and services
- Listen to customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Close sales and work toward meeting sales goals
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open and close the shop as needed
- Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (retail or automotive preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic about car audio and vehicle customization (a plus!)
- Must be available to work Saturdays
