A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician

This is not a general service shop. If your experience is mostly oil changes or basic repairs, this won’t be a fit.
We’re looking for A level technicians who specialize in diagnostics and want consistent, high level work without downtime.
If you’re tired of waiting around for hours or dealing with disorganized shops, this is built for the opposite steady workflow, real problems, and a clean, structured environment.
Our A-level techs don’t do basic work they handle real diagnostics and complex repairs.
We are a multi-location automotive repair company in Metro Detroit looking for experienced A Level diagnostic technicians. Our shops service a wide range of domestic and import vehicles and maintain strong fleet accounts, providing consistent workflow for high-performing technicians.
Compensation
$1,000 weekly income guarantee
$40–$55 flat rate depending on experience
Average technician earnings around $130,000 per year

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 7 years professional technician experience
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
Experience working on multiple vehicle brands
ASE certifications preferred but not required
Own professional tools required

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
