A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician

Average Technician Earnings $130K

This is not a general service position. If your experience is primarily oil changes or basic repairs, this role is not a fit. Candidates with only dealership experience will not be considered unless they have independent or multi-brand experience.

We are a multi-location automotive repair company in Metro Detroit looking for experienced A-level diagnostic technicians. Our shops service a wide range of domestic and import vehicles and maintain strong fleet accounts, providing consistent workflow for high-performing technicians.

Compensation

$1,000 weekly income guarantee

$40–$55 flat rate depending on experience

Average technician earnings around $130,000 per year

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7 years professional technician experience

Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability

Experience working on multiple vehicle brands

ASE certifications preferred but not required

Own professional tools required

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
