Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly motivated **Advertising Agent** to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing advertising strategies that align with our clients’ objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure each campaign is effective, on-brand, and results-driven.

**Responsibilities**

• Create and implement targeted advertising campaigns for clients across various formats
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and advertising material drafts
• Manage budgets and timelines for advertising projects
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key metrics and recommendations
• Coordinate with creative teams and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address needs and deliver results
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or brand strategy
• Strong understanding of advertising principles, campaign development, and audience targeting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
