What are the responsibilities and job description for the MRI Scheduler position at Captive Radiology?
Large Chillicothe Hospital on campus position!

Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Job Duties:
- Will answer phones
- schedule patients
- perform prior authorizations
Minimum qualifications:
- High school graduate with a minimum of one (1) year recent experience with direct contact with the public in a medical environment.
- With some scheduling experience preferred.
- EPIC EMR experience a plus!
- Successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel and all types of patients in different circumstances.
- Should be proficient in using a computer, able to type and to learn computer (EMR) system.
- Must be able to multi-task and enjoy different tasks and duties.
- Must contribute as a positive member of the team to represent us to our customer in a confident, appropriate and professional manner without exception.
