How Will You Shine?
As a valued and successful Activities Coordinator you will be required to:
· Plan and lead fun, engaging activities for children visiting the resort, offering a variety of options for different ages, interests, and energy levels.
· Coordinate with resort departments and parents/guardians to ensure activities are safe, well-organized, and meet family expectations.
· Facilitate daily activities such as arts and crafts, pool games, beach activities, scavenger hunts, movie nights, and themed events to create memorable guest experiences.
· Supervise children at all times during activities, ensuring safety while maintaining a fun and welcoming environment.
· Assist children as needed during activities, including helping with basic needs and ensuring younger children are comfortable and included.
· Manage and maintain activity schedules, ensuring events start on time and all materials are prepared, set up, and cleaned up efficiently.
· Promote an inclusive and positive environment where all children feel welcome, including those with varying abilities or special needs.
· Track participation and gather guest feedback to continuously improve the resort’s kids program and overall guest satisfaction.
