Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Captain D's is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Assistant manager

As a Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for every guest. You will provide excellent customer service, support daily restaurant operations, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and work as part of a team to deliver Captain D's hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
• Follow food safety and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Support a positive and welcoming environment for guests and coworkers.
• Certified Guest Specialists may assist with training and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability
• Holiday availability as needed

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
