Fish Filleter is responsible for cleaning, cutting, and filleting fish with precision and efficiency, ensuring product quality and compliance with hygiene standards.
Fish Preparation
- Clean, gut, cut and fillet various types of fish according to company specifications.
- Ensure minimal waste and maintain yield standards.
Quality Control
- Inspect fish for quality, freshness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Remove bones and skin accurately.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, cutting boards, and work area.
Team collaboration
- Work closely with other processing team members to meet production targets.
- Communicate any product quality issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of seafood or food production
- Food Safety & hygiene awareness
- Prior experience in fish processing or seafood handling
