ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be capable of handling a high-volume restaurant
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, breakfast items, and other food items to cook in broilers, ovens/stovetops, grills, fryers, panini presses, and a variety of kitchen equipment
- Understand and comply consistently with our standards, policies, and procedures including portion sizes, recipe specifications, cooking methods, plate presentation and garnishes
- Store, rotate, and maintain proper amount of product consistently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment
- Any additional task that is deemed necessary in the future
