As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Junior Formulation Chemist on a full-time contract.
The Junior Formulation Chemist will support the Senior Formulation Chemist in developing innovative cosmetic formulations while gaining hands-on experience across all stages of product development.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Prepare laboratory batches
- Assist with formulation development
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks
- Conduct stability testing
- Prepare samples for clients
- Order laboratory materials
- Support ingredient evaluations
- Perform bench testing and product evaluations
- Assist with manufacturing scale-up activities
- Maintain laboratory organization and inventory
- Analyze product performance data
- Participating in innovation meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Cosmetic Science or related scientific field
- 1–3 years of cosmetic formulation experience preferred
- Strong laboratory skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for cosmetic innovation
- Strong attention to detail
Reports directly to the Senior Formulation Chemist.

- Compensation: Based on experience
- Location: Del Valle (Austin), Texas
- Specific requirements: Wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), compliance with safety and quality guidelines
