We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Recruiter due to continued growth. This role responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent across a variety of positions. This role partners with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, maintain compliance with applicable employment regulations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for exempt, salaried, and hourly positions.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, company websites, and other recruiting channels.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full hiring process, including candidate selection, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Conduct and coordinate reference checks, background screenings, and debarment checks as required.
- Schedule and monitor completion of post-offer requirements, including physical examinations and drug screenings.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a successful transition into the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or staffing required.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques, employment practices, and applicable labor laws.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related software systems.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
