We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the facility, supporting initiatives that drive business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role focuses on employee relations, talent development, HR compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Promote positive employee relations and employee engagement initiatives
- Coach leaders and employees on performance management, development planning, and employee counseling
- Support HR compliance efforts and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations
- Conduct and assist with employee investigations, conflict resolution, and related employee relations matters
- Coordinate talent reviews, development plans, and performance improvement plans with management
- Complete HR administrative activities and maintain accurate documentation as needed
- Meet regularly with employees during their first 90 days to gather feedback and support successful onboarding and assimilation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of orientation and onboarding programs through new hire follow-up
- Track and coordinate employee concerns, questions, and support requests across departments to ensure timely resolution
- Compile and analyze HR metrics related to onboarding and employee engagement, providing reports and recommendations to site leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role supporting employee relations, performance management, and other core HR functions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification is required upon hire. Sponsorship is not available for this position
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
