Capstone Solutions is telecommunications construction company seeking a Construction Coordinator
for the greater Kent/Seattle area.

Responsibilities:
- Manage document uploads
- Produce closeout packages according to customer expectations for all customers and carriers
- Coordinate permits and inspections
- Provide project coordination between field crews, clients, and management team
- Attend weekly project conference calls and work closely with the management team to maintain and update milestone completion dates in the project tracker (Sitetracker)
- Other responsibilities, tasks, and assignments as deemed appropriate by Capstone Solutions
Summary of Duties
- Office Management (estimated 25% of time)

- Procurement of supplies
- Organization of day-to-day office tasks
- Package handling and ordering
- Producing Closeout Packages (estimated 50% of time)
- Excel Forms and documents
- Picture uploads to various software programs
- Checklists and communication of needed deliverables
- Create/fill all documentation required per customer and tower owners
- Construction Coordination (estimated 25% of time)
- Scheduling inspections and tracking permits
- Communication with inspectors and jurisdictions
- Attend Meetings (virtually and in-person) on a weekly basis
- Order and maintain construction logistics
- Porto Potties
- Temporary Fencing
- Dumpsters
- Rentals
- Help Field Crews and Managers
- Print compliance documents
- Help with tasks necessary
- Scheduling inspections and tracking permits
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business (preferred)
- Strong organization skills
- Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work with a computer efficiently and quickly
- Ability to work without micro-management
- Take responsibility for quality of work produced
- Ability to switch gears on the fly
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Lift / Carry materials that are an average weight of 35 pounds
- Acceptable Background Check, Drug Screen Pre-Employment Physical
