Position Overview
The Construction Data Analyst Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting construction projects through data-driven insights, document coordination, and close collaboration with Project Managers and field teams. This position helps prepare and assemble essential documentation for bids, cost tracking, engineering, and construction activities while supporting the company's core values of Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented coordinator with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, supporting project teams, and continuously improving processes. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of coordination experience along with hands-on data analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Collect, input, and transform raw data into meaningful reports, tables, charts, and pivot tables
- Analyze large data sets and present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
- Coordinate daily activities in support of Project Managers and track key project deadlines
- Assist with preparing and organizing documentation for bids, costing, engineering, and construction efforts
- Support Safety, Quality, and operational initiatives through accurate data tracking and reporting
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Explore and support implementation of new technologies and data tools
- Maintain accurate records and navigate shared drives and server directories efficiently
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with crews, project teams, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate professionally and effectively via email, phone, and in person
- Work proactively and independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Data Analyst Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a data analyst, coordinator, or in a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions
- Experience using SharePoint and comfort working within shared server environments
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools for data support and productivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes and wants to grow with us
- Construction, utility, or field operations experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
