Job Responsibilities
- Play a meaningful role in advising clients on comprehensive estate and wealth-transfer planning strategies.
- Draft and administer wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
- Design tax-efficient estate plans tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Advise on wealth transfer strategies, including lifetime gifting, charitable planning, and business succession planning.
- Assist with estate and trust administration matters, maintain direct client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, real estate, and litigation to provide holistic client solutions
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of focused estate planning experience at a law firm or private client practice
- Strong technical foundation in wills, trusts, and wealth-transfer planning
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estates preferred
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Florida Bar admission (or ability to become admitted promptly)
- A polished, client-facing professional who thrives in a high-standards, high-support environment
