Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our market-leading litigation practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters alongside a team of accomplished attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, securities litigation, and other high-profile cases.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop litigation strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Maintain active client communication and provide strategic counsel throughout the litigation process.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with a strong academic background.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
- 4-5 years of experience in litigation, with significant exposure to complex litigation matters.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Salary : $310,000 - $365,000
