This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on complex, high-profile transactions representing issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions across a broad spectrum of industries.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have substantive experience handling a wide range of capital markets transactions, including both registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings, as well as liability management transactions.
