- Outpatient Details:

- 4-day WW can be arranged!
- Manageable patient load: 20-25 per day.
- TelePsychiatry available.
- Group call rotation: 1:17 (phone consultations only).
- Opportunities to engage in resident education.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive compensation model: Base salary with production bonus.
- Estimated base salary: Approximately $350,000 (DOE), potential up to $400K.
- Signing bonus: $35,000.
- Benefits package includes:
- PTO, 5 days CME $4,000.
