Type of Role:
- Seeking additional team members: Orthopedic General, Trauma and/or Spine surgeon to the team
- Opportunity created due to upcoming retirement and expansion.

Practice Highlights:
- Part of a team with 5 established Orthopedic Specialists.
- Supportive recruitment environment with collegial peers.
- Modern facilities attached to a hospital for seamless patient care.

Practice Potential:
- Increasing patient volume with 3,100 office visits/day in 1st year, 4,300 in subsequent years.
- Growing procedural demand: 400 in 1st year, 500 thereafter.

Facilities & Resources:
- Full-time clinic operating Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. Autonomy in schedule.
- In-house ancillary services including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI.
- Total staff: 40 FTEs with a supportive mix of clinical and non-clinical staff.

Compensation & Financials:
- Employed position w/ base salary determined by experience.
- Incentives based on wRVU production.
- Comprehensive billing and collection system in place.
- 90th% earning potential

- Relocation Allowance: $12,000.
