- Must be able to move up to 30lbs
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from work
- Must be able to work well with others, take direction from leadership, and maintain a safe and clean area
- Must be able and willing to comply with both Insource and client best practices, policies, and procedures
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must have basic computer skills and be self-motivated
