Global Creative Marketing Co-Lead

Location: New York, NY

Work Model: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday–Thursday); * fully remote candidates and those who cannot be in-office Tuesday - Thursday will not be considered

Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months) with strong likelihood of annual (contract) renewal

Annual Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 (based on experience and qualifications)


The Opportunity

We are partnering with a globally influential organization to hire a senior marketing and creative leader who will serve as the sole North America–based marketing lead, collaborating closely with regional peers on global creative campaigns. This is a highly hands-on role for a marketer who operates comfortably across strategy and execution—shaping ambitious ideas, getting into the work, and delivering culturally resonant, performance-driven campaigns at scale.


Based in New York, the role works closely with global marketing peers and reports into executive leadership. You will work on major initiatives end to end while bringing strong North American market insight and judgment to global marketing strategy.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of integrated, high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, content, and brand experiences
  • Act as both creative lead and active contributor, staying close to messaging, design, production, and digital execution
  • Ensure campaigns resonate with U.S. audiences while reinforcing a consistent global brand voice and authority
  • Partner closely with analytics and media specialists to define KPIs, measure performance, and optimize campaigns in real time
  • Share accountability for multi-million-dollar marketing and paid media budgets, with a significant North America allocation
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies and production partners across creative, media, and content
  • Work cross-functionally with communications, research, sales, and senior leadership to align marketing with organizational priorities

  • Disciplined use of data, attribution, and insights to guide investment and decision-making


Ideal Background

  • 12 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, within a global organization and/or top-tier marketing or creative agency working on global accounts
  • Proven track record of delivering complex campaigns end to end—from blank-page concepting through launch and optimization
  • Highly creative, yet commercially minded; comfortable operating “in the weeds” when needed, including design tasks
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and attribution
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and significant marketing budgets
  • Thrives in lean, flat organizations with high autonomy and accountability
  • Background in financial services is a plus, but not required
