We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities in a Christian environment.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise..
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies.
- Provide care for toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Skills
- Experience in a daycare settings is a plus.
- First aid certification is preferred to ensure the safety of all children in your care.
- Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
